| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
| The preschool licensed capacity is based on the use of Lower North Room for 16 children and the Lower South Room for 13 children. |
| The Upper South Room is licenced to operate with 16 preschool children or with an alternate capacity of 10 toddler children. |
| The licensee shall submit written confimration to the Ministry by May 27, 2016 that full compliance has been achieved for all items identified as “in progress” on the Summary of Child Care Centre Licensing Requirements and Recommendations report. |
