| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The preschool licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 108 with approval to operate as a school age room when the preschool children are not present. The alternate age groups have been approved based on the operator's plan reviewed during the licensing visit. The school age licensed capacity of 30 is based on the use of the Library. |
| No child shall use the playground structure until the operator receives a third party certified playground safety inspector's written verification the surfacing and permanent play structure meet CSA standards. The inspector's written confirmation of CSA compliance must be submitted to the ministry prior to the use of the permanent play structure. |
Director's Approval
| Director approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Preschool (16):3, School Age (30):6. |
