| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The kindergarten and school age program are licensed to operate before - and after - school and full-day on PA days and school holidays. |
| The operator to ensure the written plan for the supervision of toddler aged children on the climber is followed. |
| The kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of Room(s) 114, 115 and the alternate space of Room(s) 116 and room 117. |

| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddler (15): 3 children, Preschool (16): 3 children, JK / SK (20): 4 children, School Age (30): 6 children. |
