| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
| In accordance with the mixed age approval provided, the licensee may include up to 20% younger children as follows: Toddler - 2 (group of 10),3 (group of 15) Preschool - 3 (group of 16) |
| The licensee shall ensure that the “Supervision and Monitoring of Infants during Rest Time Routines” policy is implemented and followed at all times. A daily written monitoring record of the Infant program room is to be maintained to confirm that the policy is being followed and all daily written records including each child’s accurate sleep time are recorded. |
| The licensee shall ensure that the written plan for the supervision of children moving between the child care centre and the playground is followed. |
| The Infant licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 107 for 10 infants. The Toddler licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 106 for 15 toddlers. The Preschool licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 101 for 16 preschoolers. |
| The daily written record is to be maintained by the licensee or designate supervisor and be retained on premise at all times for Ministry review. |
| Within 30 days of commencing operation the licensee shall ensure that a set of drinking water samples are taken and tested and submit a Laboratory Services Notification (LSN) form to the MOE. The licensee shall provide proof of submission to the CCLS of the Ministry of Education. |
