| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator shall monitor program development and implementation to ensure that program plans are posted as required and that the planned program is implemented. The operator's record of monitoring shall be available to ministry staff for review at all times. |
| If the community park is used the operator shall ensure that fixed playground equipment is not used by children until it is confirmed that the structures meet CSA standards and that all health and safety concerns have been eliminated. |
| If the community park is used, ratios must be met or exceeded. The fixed structures are not to be used unless there is sufficient surfacing under these structures and it has been confirmed that the equipment is age appropriate. |
