| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
| Preschool room is licensed for use by a group of 16 preschool children. |
| School-age room is licensed for use by a group of 15 school-age children. |
| Toddler room is licensed for use by a group of 10 toddler children. |
| No child enrolled in the nursery program shall attend the program or be on the premises for more than six hours in a twenty-four hour period. |
| During times when the school age children are not in attendance, a nursery program may be offered in the school age room. The maximum group size of the nursery program is 14 preschool children. |
| The centre operates a licensed program from September to June. |
