The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |

| Alternate capacity: The Preschool Room 1 is licenced to operate with 16 preschool children or with an alternate capacity of 15 toddler children. The alternate age group has been approved based on the operator's approved plan. The operator shall notify the ministry prior to implementing the alternate age group and submit documentation to show how staffing and program requirements will be met. |
| When the alternate capacity is being used in Preschool 1, the licensee shall use the small playground adjacent to Preschool 1 playground for a group of 15 Toddlers. |
