The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time.
Toddler Room 1 is licensed for 10 toddlers, Toddler Room 2 is licensed for 10 Toddlers, Toddler Room 3 is licensed for 10 Toddlers, Toddler Room 4 is licensed for 10 Toddlers and Toddler Room 5 is licensed for 10 Toddlers.
Preschool Room 1 is licensed for 16 Preschool, Preschool Room 2 is licensed for 16 Preschool, Preschool Room 3 is licensed for 16 Preschool, Preschool Room 4 is licensed for 16 Preschool, Preschool Room 5 is licensed for 16 Preschool, Preschool Room 6 is licensed for 16 Preschool and Preschool Room 7 is licensed for 24 Preschool.
Infant Room 1 is licensed for 10 infants, Infant Room 2 is licensed for 10 infants and Infant Room 3 is licensed for 10 infants.
Alternate capacity: The Preschool Room 1 is licenced to operate with 16 preschool children or with an alternate capacity of 15 toddler children. The alternate age group has been approved based on the operator's approved plan. The operator shall notify the ministry prior to implementing the alternate age group and submit documentation to show how staffing and program requirements will be met.
When the alternate capacity is being used in Preschool 1, the licensee shall use the small playground adjacent to Preschool 1 playground for a group of 15 Toddlers.
The licensee shall submit written confirmation to the Ministry by May 27, 2016 that full compliance has been achieved for all items identfied as "in progress" on the Summary of Child Care Centre Licensing Requirements and Recommendations report.

Director's Approval

Director’s Approval is granted for mixed age grouping pursuant to ss. 8(2) and (3) of Ontario Regulation 137/15.
