| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The preschool licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 6. |
| The kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 9 and the alternate space of Room 4 (K-1), Room 5 (K-2), and Room 38. |
| The school age licensed capacity is based on the use of the Gymnasium and the alternate space of the Library and Room 7. |
| The kindergarten and school age programs are licensed to operate before- and after- school and full-day on PA days and school holidays. |
| The operator shall monitor and record the accuracy of daily attendance records, and the staff ratio for each group of children. Records of the monitoring of attendance records and staff ratios shall be submitted to the ministry by the 30th day of each month for the duration of this licence. |

Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Preschool (24): 3 children; JK / SK (20): 4 children, School Age (30): 6 children. |
