| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the office of the home child care agency. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The licensee shall forward a plan to address training and professional learning to support both Providers and Home Visitors for 2015-2016. The licensee shall forward the plan of action to the ministry by October 15, 2015. |
| The licensee shall forward quarterly inspection reports to the ministry for 3 PHDC locations that confirm a safety inspection has been completed for the home location and backyard. The reports to confirm ongoing compliance as per licensing inspection. |
| The licensee shall forward monthly site visit reports to the ministry by the last day of each month to confirm ongoing compliance requirements for 3 PHDC locations, as per licensing inspection. |
Director's Approval

| Approval for extended hours and overnight care with the condition that: 1) Each approved home has a fire evacuation plan. 2) That appropriate bedding and a bed suitable to the child's age is provided. 3) The agency must ensure that each approved provider has adequate insurance in place for the provisions of extended hours and overnight care. 4) The agency must ensure that spot checks of the homes are conducted at times when extended hours of care are provided. |
