| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
| The licensee to ensure the written plan for the supervision of children moving between the program rooms and the playground is followed. |
| The licensee shall submit an action plan to the Ministry by November 30, 2015 that demonstrates how full compliance will be achieved on items identified as “in progress” on the Summary of Child Care Centre Licensing Requirements and Recommendations report. |

Director's Approval
| Director's approval is granted for the use of specified rooms/areas that may have less than 2.58 square metres of unobstructed floor space for each child in a licensed kindergarten, primary/junior school age and/or junior school age group, based on the licensed capacity, provided that the same room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group. |
