| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The school age component of the program is licensed to operate before and after school and on P.A. days and school holidays. |
| The nursery school program is licensed to operate from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. and from September to June. |

Director's Approval

Outdoor play must be scheduled at different times and a record is to be maintained recording the time spent outdoors, record to be reviewed during time of licensing . |
| As of August 31, 2015, director approval is granted for the use of specified rooms/areas that may have less than 2.58 square meters of unobstructed floor space for each child in a licensed kindergarten, primary/junior school age and/or junior school age group, based on the licensed capacity, provided that the same room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group. |
