The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
The kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of room 109, and the alternate space of the gym. |
The schoolage licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 108 and the gym, with the alternate space of Room 107. |
The kindergarten and school age programs are licensed to operate before and after school and full days on PA Days and school holidays. |
By the 30th day of each month during the term of this licence, the operator will send written proof to the ministry that the monthly playground inspection has been completed. |
Guidelines and sample menus for preparing bag lunches which meet Canada's Food Guide, as well as procedures for refrigeration or the use of ice packs with bag lunches, shall be provided to each parent and posted at the centre. The operator shall review this information with parents at the time of enrolment and the information shall be included in the centre's parent handbook. The centre shall ensure back-up procedures are in place if a bag lunch is forgotten. |
Director's Approval
Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: JK / SK (20): 4 children; School Age (30): 6 children. |
