| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The JK/SK & School Age component of this program is licensed to operate before and after school and on P.A. days and school holidays including July and August. |
| The operator to ensure that staff enrol and complete training related to their Duty to Report child abuse/allegations. Training is to be completed during the term of this licence. Evidence of successful completion of the training must be retained on file for review by MEDU Program Advisor, in addition, operator to forward written confirmation of training completion to MEDU Program Advisor. |
