The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents.
The School Age licensed capacity is based on the use of Rooms 21, 22, 23, 24 and the alternate space the Gymnasium and rooms 1 and 25.
No child shall use the playground structure until the operator receives a third party certified playground safety inspector’s written verification the surfacing and permanent play structure meet CSA standards. The inspector’s written confirmation of CSA compliance must be submitted to the ministry prior to the use of the permanent play structure.

Director's Approval

Director approval has been granted for mixed age groupings under section s.55(2) of O.Reg.262. Mixed age groupings can be implemented in only one group per age category on the licence: School Age (30): 6 children.
Director approval has been granted for school age children to bring bagged lunches for school closure days.
The school age program is licensed to operate before- and after- school and full-day on PA days and school holidays.
