| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The Pre-school capacity is based on the use of Rooms #113 and #114 with a maximum of 16 children in each room. |
| Room #113 may be used for an alternate capacity of 15 School-age children. |
| The JK/SK capacity is based on the use of Primary Rooms #106 and #108 and Alternate Rooms #102 and #104 with a maximum of 20 children per room. |
| Prior to the occupation of Primary Rooms #106 and #108, the operator shall submit to the Ministry, written confirmation from the Building Department that building permit #13-245048 issued in relation to the construction in these rooms has either been closed or cleared for occupancy. In the interim the operator shall continue to use the approved alternate space Rooms #102 and #104. |

| Staff Room is licensed for a group of 28 school age children until August 31, 2015 when the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect. Once the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect, the staff room is licensed for a group of 30 school age children. |
| All rooms as set out in the shared space confirmation are approved for use by the child care program, based on licensed capacity, provided that the room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group. The operator is required to keep on file at the premises an up-to-date shared space confirmation. Director's Approval
| Once the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect, director approval is granted for the use of a room or area with less than 2.58 square metres of unobstructed floor space for each child in a licensed kindergarten, primary/junior school age and/or junior school age group, based on the licensed capacity, provided that the same room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group as set out in the shared space confirmation. |
