| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| Alternate Capacity: 54 children - 6 children under 18 months, 13 children from 18 to 30 months, 20 children from 31 months to 5 years of age and 15 children from 68 months as of August 31 of the year - 12 years. This centre has an approved alternate capacity of one room used for 16 JK/SK children or 15 school-age children. The alternate age groups have been approved based on the operator's plan reviewed during the licensing inspection. The operator shall notify the Program Advisor prior to implementing an alternate age group and submit documentation to show how staffing and program requirements will be met. |

Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows; Toddler (10): 2 children, Preschool (24): 3 children, School Age (20): 4 children. |
