The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents.
This program is licensed to operate one room with 24 JK/SK children with an alternate capacity of 24 preschool children or 24 school age children. The alternate age groups have been approved based on the operator's plan reviewed at the time of the licensing visit. The operator is to ensure age appropriate toys and equipment are available when these changes are made.
This program is licensed to operate one room with 24 school age children with an alternate capacity of 15 toddler children. The alternate age groups have been approved based on the operator's plan reviewed during the licensing visit.
No child shall use the playground structure identified in the annual playground inspection as having safety issues, until the repairs have been completed and the operator receives a third party certified playground safety inspector's written verification the structure is safe for use and complies with CSA standards.

Director's Approval

Director approval has been granted for when more than 20% of the group are from the next younger age group, the ratios for the next younger age group must be used.
Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddler (15):3, Preschool (24) 3 children, JK/SK (24): 4 children, School Age (24): 4 children.
