We provide your child (6 weeks to 12 years) with a safe, happy, learning environment in our licensed Child Care Centres, school age Kids’ Clubs, and Licensed Homes in Thornhill, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket, Holland Landing, Mount Albert and Barrie.

We also have 2 unique camps: Kids in the park.

Hidden Bay Leadership Camp - summer overnight camp for 7 to 15 year olds and a year round outdoor education facility in Parry Sound.

Adventure Camp - day camp for 5 to 12 years old, located in East Gwillimbury, provides a safe and exciting 48 acre outdoor environment where every day offers new opportunities for children to have fun, make friends and experience success.

The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents.
Toddler Room 128: 15 children, 18 months of age or over up to and including 30 months of age
Preschool Room 124: 24 children, 31 months of age or over up to and including 5 years of age
As of August 31, 2015, the operator is licensed to provide care for 2 groups of 26 Kindergarten children and must meet the staff:child ratios identified in Schedule 1 of Ontario Regulation 137/15.
FDK Room 144 is licensed for use by a group of 26 Kindergarten children.
FDK Room 146 is licensed for use by a group of 26 Kindergarten children.
As of August 31, 2015, the operator is licensed to provide care for 3 groups of 30 Primary/Junior School Age children and must meet the staff:child ratios identified in Schedule 1 of Ontario Regulation 137/15.
The School Age licensed capacity is based on the use of the Library for 30 children.
The School Age licensed capacity is based on the use of the Gymnasium for 30 children.
The School Age licensed capacity is based on the use of FDK Room 148 for 30 children.
The operator shall ensure written municipal building approval is obtained for Toddler Room 128 and Preschool Room 124; the operator shall ensure children do not use Toddler Room 128 or Preschool Room 124 until the ministry has received a copy of the Occupancy Permit for these rooms.
The operator shall ensure smoke alarms are installed in Toddler Room 128 and Preschool Room 124, as outlined in the fire approval issued on August 20, 2015; written confirmation that smoke alarms have been installed shall be forwarded to the ministry no later than September 4, 2015. Children shall not use these rooms until written confirmation is submitted to the ministry.
The operator shall ensure toddler and/or preschool children are not permitted access to the outdoor play area until an annual playground safety inspection that meets all applicable criteria outlined in the Playground Safety Directive is complete, and a copy of the record forwarded to the Program Advisor, no later than September 4, 2015.
All rooms as set out in the shared space confirmation are approved for use by the child care program, based on licensed capacity, provided that the room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group. The operator is required to keep on file at the premises an up-to-date shared space confirmation. This confirmation must include the primary use of the room during the school day and must be made available to Ministry of Education staff upon request
Before changes are made to the shared space and/or the total capacity for kindergarten and/or school-age children, the operator shall ensure that an up to date shared space confirmation document that is signed by the operator and school board representative is available on site for Ministry review.

Director's Approval

Director Approval is granted to allow Bag Lunch Policy for Kindergarten and School Age children.
As of August 31, 2015, Director’s Approval is granted for mixed age grouping pursuant to ss. 8(2) and (3) of Ontario Regulation 137/15.
Ministry Director Approval is granted to allow mixed age grouping, pursuant to s.55(2).
