Black Creek Pioneer Village Day Camp is a summer camp with a difference! Children ages 7 to 14 will go behind the scenes of Toronto’s favourite living history site to experience life as it was in the 1860s.

During the one-week program, campers will dress, work and play pioneer style! They will cook on a wood stove, make unique arts and crafts, take part in farmyard chores, take natural history hikes and participate in old-fashioned fun and games.

For kids ages 7 to 12, one-week sessions

Theme weeks

• CRAFTY COOKS: July 20- 24

Each day, complete a new needlework project and bake on our wood burning stove!  Show off your new skills with a final project and organize a tea party for your favorite adult!

• TREASURE ISLAND MYSTERY WEEK: August 10- 14

Discover the Village through the eyes of an explorer!  Learn forgotten skills from the past that will allow you to solve mysteries, locate clues and find the treasure.
