| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| A maximum of 6 senior kindergarten children may participate in the younger school age after school program. |
| When attendance exceeds 27 children in room 2 the school gym may be used to accomodate school age children. |
| Room 2 may accommodate 30 children for the lunch period only. At all other times, the capacity of this room remains at 27 children at any one time. |
| An unlicensed summer camp is offered at this location. This program must be kept separate from the licensed program. |
| Guidelines and sample menus for preparing bag lunches which meet Canada's Food Guide, as well as procedures for refrigeration or the use of ice packs with bag lunches, shall be provided to each parent and posted at the centre. The operator shall review this information with parents at the time of enrolment and the information shall be included in the centre's parent handbook. The operator shall ensure that back up food is available. |
