| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
| The Primary/Junior School Age licensed capacity is based on the use Room 2 for use by a Primary/Junior School Age group of 30 children. This room may be alternately used by a group of 26 Kindergarten children when enrollment allows. |
| The Kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 4 for use by a Kindergarten group of 24 children. This room may alternately be used by a group of 24 Preschool children when enrollment allows. |
| The Kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 6 for use by a Kindergarten group of 24 children. This room may alternately be used by a group of 24 Preschool children when enrollment allows. |

| Within the existing capacity of the child care, the licensee may provide a program for 15 toddler children in Room 3. Written verification of the transition plan including verification of staffing, play materials and furnishings within the program room is to be submitted to the Ministry prior to the change of age group occurring. |
| The licensee shall submit written confirmation to the Ministry by May 27, 2016 that full compliance has been achieved for all items identified as “in progress” on the Summary of Child Care Centre Licensing Requirements and Recommendations report. |
