| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The licensee shall ensure that attendance records for the Carp location is submitted to the Ministry on a weekly basis by 6 p.m. on Fridays for the week prior beginning the week of September 7th, 2015. |
| The licensee shall ensure that the Ministry approved supervision plan for the toddler transition between the deck and the playground is followed at all times. |
