Terms and Conditions
| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
| Operator shall ensure that any alterations or renovations made to premises shall not commence until plans, including those of the playground area are approved by the Ministry. |
| The licensee shall ensure no infant or preschool age children are received into care to the infant and preschool 2 room until the renovations are complete and an occupancy report, health inspection report and fire inspection report has been forwarded to the ministry for review. Once the ministry has received these required inspection reports, an inspection of the space will be conducted by the ministry and written approval of the space will be sent to the licensee indicating the space has been approved for use by a group of children. |
| The operator shall ensure that infants (0 to 18 months) that are included in the toddler group (18 to 30 months) as part of the mixed age grouping, are able to follow the toddler program and schedule. |
