| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The school age program is licensed to operate before and after school and on PA days and school holidays. |
| The JK Room with a licensed capacity of 20 children may alternately be used for a group of 16 Preschool children when enrolment allows. |
| The Toddler licensed capacity is based on the use of Toddler Room 1 for 15 Children, Toddler Room 2 for 15 Children, Toddler Room 3 for 15 Children and Toddler Room 4 for 15 children. |

Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s.55(2) of O.Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddler (10):2 children, Preschool(16): 3 children, JK/SK (20): 4 children, SK (20): 4 children, School age (30): 6 children. |
