| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The JK/SK capacity is based on the use of Room 19 as the primary space. Room 17 is approved alternate space. |
| The School Age capacity is based on the use of the Library and Room 16 as primary space for before school program. Rooms 23, 26, and 29 are used as primary space for the after school program. The Gym is approved alternate space. |
Director's Approval
