The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |

The agency must ensure that each approved provider has adequate insurance in place for the provision of extended hours and overnight care. The agency must also ensure that spot checks of the homes are conducted at times when extended hours care is provided. |
