| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| A maximum of 40 children may be on the kindergarten playground at any given time. The operator will ensure the rotation schedule is followed at all times. |
| The school age licensed capacity is based on the use Rooms 153, 154, 155, the gym, library, computer lab and the alternate space of Rooms 156, 157, 158, 159, 160, 161, 167, 168, 169 and the lobby. |
| The kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of Rooms 132, 135, 138, 141 and the alternate space of Rooms 162, 163, 164, 165, 166 and 176. |
| The kindergarten and school age program are licensed to operate before and after school and full-day on PA days and school holidays. |
| Guidelines and sample meus for preparing bag lunches which meet the Canada's Food Guide, as well as procedures for refigeration or the use of ice packs with bag lunches, shall be provided to each parent and posted at the centre. The operator shall review this information with parents at the time of enrolment and the information shall be included in the centre's parent handbook. The centre shall ensure back-up procedures are in place if a bag lunch if forgotten. |
