| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The JK/SK capacity is based on the use of Room 8. |
| The School Age capacity is based on the use of Room 2 with the alternate space of Room 4. |
| No child shall use the school's playground structure until the operator receives third party certified playground inpsector's written verification the surfacing and permanent play structure meet CSA standards. The inspector's written confirmation of CSA compliance must be submitted to the ministry prior to the use of the permanent play structure. |
| The operator shall ensure that the toddler and preschool groups are not on the playground at the same time. The operator shall have a daily schedule that notes required outdoor time for each group. |
Director's Approval

| Director's Apporval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262.
