| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The playground equipment located on the school grounds is not to be used until a comprehensive inspection report is completed by a certified third party playground inspector to ensure compliance with CSA standards and a copy of the report is received by the Program Advisor in the Windsor office. |
| The JK/SK licensed capacity is based on the use of room D100 and the School Age licensed capacity is based on the use of library. The gym is approved for occasional use. |
