The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The preschool room is closed for renovations due to flooding for the period of August 8th to 28th, 2015 inclusive. During this period of time, the preschool program will relocate to 186 Main Street, Toronto, Ontario M4E 2W1 on a temporary basis. The operator shall advise the Program Advisor via email when the program returns to the licensed premises. |
