| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
| The operator shall ensure that the approved playground safety plan being implemented when taking children to and from the playground. |
| The infant licensed capacity is based on the use of Infant Room for 10 children. The toddler licensed capacity is based on the use of Toddler Room # 1 for 15 children and the Preschool licensed capacity is based on the use of Preschool Room # 1 for 16 children. |
| The Preschool room #1 is licenced to operate with 16 preschool children or with an alternate capacity of 15 toddler children. The alternate age group has been approved based on the operator's approved plan. The licensee shall notify the ministry prior to implementing the alternate age group and submit documentation to show how staffing and program requirements will be met. |
