| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |

| This program is licensed to operate the Preschool 2 room on the lower level with 20 Preschool children or with an alternate capacity of 15 School Age children. The alternate age group has been approved based on the operator's plan reviewed during the licensing inspection. |
Director's Approval

| Director approval is given for at times that the number of children in care is 5 or less in the extended hours and overnight program for one qualified staff to be present. The operator will ensure that the following classification is not exceeded at any time: 2 children under 2 years of age, 3 children under 3 years of age. Section 56 (1). |
