| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| No child shall use the playground structure until the operator receives a third party certified playground safety inspector's written verification the surfacing and permanent play structure meet CSA standards. The inspector's written confirmation of CSA compliance must be submitted prior to the use of the permanent play structure. |
| The program may make use of the Gymnasium as extra alternate space. |
| The school age licensed capacity is based on the use of Rooms 114, 132, 140 and the alternate space of 131. |

Director's Approval
| Director approval is granted for a mixed age group. Therefore, 20% of 30 children (6 to 12 years) maximum 6 children, may be from the younger age group. |
