The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents.
As of August 31, 2015, when the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect, Room 164 is licensed for use by a Kindergarten group of 26 children and must meet the staff:child ratios identified in Schedule 1 of Ontario Regulation 137/15.
As of August 31, 2015, when the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect, Room 102 is licensed for use of a Primary/Junior School Age group of 23 children and must meet the staff:child ratios identified in Schedule 1 of Ontario Regulation 137/15.

All rooms as set out in the shared space confirmation are approved for use by the child care program, based on licensed capacity, provided that the room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group. The operator is required to keep on file at the premises an up-to-date shared space confirmation. This confirmation must include the primary use of the room during the school day and must be made available to Ministry of Education staff upon request

Director's Approval

Once the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect, director approval is granted for the use of a room or area with less than 2.58 square metres of unobstructed floor space for each child in a licensed kindergarten, primary/junior school age and/or junior school age group, based on the licensed capacity, provided that the same room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group as set out in the shared space confirmation.
Ministry Director Approval is granted to allow children 44 months to 67 months to use an unfenced playground.
Ministry Director approval is granted to allow bag lunches for children 44 months of age and over.
Ministry Director approval is granted to allow mixed age grouping pursuant to s.55(2).
As of August 31, 2015, Director’s Approval is granted for mixed age grouping pursuant to ss. 8(2) and (3) of Ontario Regulation 137/15.
