| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The School Age capacity (55) is based on the use of the Gym & Library (30 children) and Room 213 (25 children). |
| Prior to the occupation of Room 213, the operator shall submit to the Ministry written confirmation from the Building Department that the building permits issued in relation to the construction in the primary rooms have either been closed or cleared for occupancy. |
| The operator shall ensure that Room 213 is not used until the Ministry has received all required municipal approvals. In the interim the operator shall continue to use the Library as the approved alternate space. |
| Until compliance with CSA standards can be confirmed, the operator shall refrain from using the schoolyard playstructure. |
| This program operates from September to June. |
