| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| No child shall use the playground structures until the operator receives a third party certified playground safety inspector's written verification the surfacing and permanent play structure meet CSA standards. The inspector's written confirmation of CSA compliance must be submitted to the ministry prior to the use of the permanent play structures. |
| The kindergarten and/or school age program are licensed to operate before- and after- school and full-day on PA days and school holidays. |
| The kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 13 and the alternate space of Room(s) 7, 8, 9 and 12. |

| The centre is closed for renovations to the roof for the period of June 29, 2015 to August 31, 2015. During this time period, the centre will relocate to North Dundas District High School at 12835 Highway 43, Chesterville on a temporary basis. The operator shall advise the program advisor via email when the program returns to the licensed premises. |
