The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents.
No child shall use the playground structures until the operator receives a third party certified playground safety inspector's written verification the surfacing and permanent play structure meet CSA standards. The inspector's written confirmation of CSA compliance must be submitted to the ministry prior to the use of the permanent play structures.
The kindergarten and/or school age program are licensed to operate before- and after- school and full-day on PA days and school holidays.
The kindergarten licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 13 and the alternate space of Room(s) 7, 8, 9 and 12.
The school age licensed capacity is based on the use of Room(s) 11 and the alternate space of Room(s) 7, 8, 9 and 12.
Guidelines and sample menus for preparing bag lunches/snacks which meet Canada's Food Guide, as well as procedures for refrigeration or the use of ice packs with bag lunches, shall be provided to each parent and posted at the centre. The operator shall review this information with parents at the time of enrolment and the information shall be included in the centre's parent handbook. The centre shall ensure back-up procedures are in place if a bag lunch/snack is forgotten.
The centre is closed for renovations to the roof for the period of June 29, 2015 to August 31, 2015. During this time period, the centre will relocate to North Dundas District High School at 12835 Highway 43, Chesterville on a temporary basis. The operator shall advise the program advisor via email when the program returns to the licensed premises.

Director's Approval

Director's approval for a mixed age group. Therefore, 20% of 16 children, (31 months to 5 years), maximum 3 children, may be from the younger age group.
Director's approval for a mixed age group. Therefore, 20% of 20 children, (44 to 67 months), maximum 4 children, may be from the younger age group.
Director's approval for a mixed age group. Therefore, 20% of 30 children, (68 months - 12 years), maximum 6 children, may be from the younger age group.
Director approval has been granted for JK/SK and school age children to bring bagged lunches and/or snacks on PA and school holidays.
Director's approval is granted in accordance with s. 22(b.1) for a playground with partial fencing for Jr. and Sr. kindergarten children.
Director's approval for a mixed age group. Therefore, 20% of 15 children, (18 to 30 months), maximum 3 children, may be from the younger age group and must be walking and developmentally able to follow the toddler program and schedule.
