| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator shall submit a copy of the Safe Drinking Water Laboratory Report to the Ministry of Education on or before July 14, 2015 to demonstrate compliance with the Ministry of the Environment requirements. |

Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddlers (13): 2 children; Preschoolers (16): 3 children. Approval has been granted for when more than 20% of the group is from the next younger age group, the group size and staff ratio for the younger group must be used. |
