The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator may offer a program of 15 toddlers and 68 preschoolers OR 30 toddlers and 52 preschoolers. |
| The operator must ensure that direct supervision is provided to children when using non commercial outdoor play equipment. |
| Within the preschool capacity, the operator may offer a JK/SK program for 20 children with a 1:10 ratio or an SK program for 12 children with a 1:12 ratio. |
