The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
The operator shall follow the playground action plan approved on January 9, 2015 and submit the third party certified playground inspector's written confirmation that all health and safety concerns have been addressed and that the playground is in compliance with CSA standards. |
The licence capacity is based on the use of Room 10, 11 and Room 12 within Ryerson Public School. |
The operator shall ensure that children are not permitted to climb on any existing structures located within the north playground area. |
The centre operates for ten months of the year from September to June. |

Room #11 is licensed for a group of 24 preschool children age 2.5 to 5 years until August 31, 2015 when the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect. Once the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect, Room #11 is licensed for a group of 26 children 3.8 to 5 years of age. |
The licence capacity of the toddler program is based on the use of room #10. |
All rooms as set out in the shared space confirmation are approved for use by the child care program, based on licensed capacity, provided that the room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group. The operator is required to keep on file at the premises an up-to-date shared space confirmation. This confirmation must include the primary use of the room during the school day and must be made available to Ministry of Education staff upon request. |
Before changes are made to shared space and/or the total capacity for kindergarten and/or school-age children, the operator shall ensure that an up to date shared space confirmation document that is signed by the operator and a school board representative is available on site for Ministry review. |
