| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The Operator shall ensure the small hole in the rubber surfacing on the SK playground is covered with the orange emergency sign until the necessary repairs are done. |
| No child shall use the Kindergarten playground until a third party certified playground inspector's written confirmation all immediate health and safety issues have been addressed has been submitted to the ministry |
| Upon completion of repairs and renovations to playground, the operator shall submit the third party certified playground inspector's written confirmation that all health and safety concerns have been addressed and that the playground is in compliance with CSA standards. |
