For over 40 years, the YMCA of Greater Toronto has provided quality licensed child care programs with exceptionally high standards of care and education meeting or exceeding Provincial and Municipal licensing requirements. . Today we are the largest not for profit provider of Licensed Child Care in Canada with programs for children from infancy to 12 years throughout the GTA. All of our centres open early and close late to fit the schedule of parents and families.

| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The Infant licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 117. |
| The Toddler licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 113. |
| The Preschool licensed capacity is based on the use of Room 114 (24 children) and Room 120 (24 children). |
| Within the existing capacity of the child care, the operator may provide a program for 15 Toddler children in the Preschool room (Room 114). Written verification of the transition plan including verification of staffing, play materials and furnishings within the program room is to be submitted to the Ministry prior to the change of age group occurring. |
| The kindergarten program located in the Gym (Room 118) is licensed for 20 children to operate full-day on PA days and school holidays. |
Director's Approval
| Director's approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Toddlers (15): 3 children; Preschool (16): 3 children and; JK/SK (20): 4 children. |
