| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator shall advise the Ministry, in writing, prior to any changes in age groups in either room. |
| The centre may operate an alternative group of 10 infants OR a program for 10 toddlers within Toddler room #2. |
| The Operator shall follow the plan submitted to the ministry on July 11, 2014, that ensures children in back-up care are only being placed in classrooms where the program is appropriate for the ages and developmental levels of the children. |
| The centre may offer a preschool program of up to 8 children aged 2.5 to 5 years old OR a school age program of up to 9 children within preschool room #2. |
