The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents.
The operator will ensure the ministry approved playground action plan dated March 5, 2012 is implemented by child care staff at all times.
The school age capacity is based on the use of Room 202, 206, 207, 208, and 226.
This program operates for ten months of the year from September to June.
The JK/SK children may use the licensed preschool room (207) when the room is not being used by a preschool group.
No child shall use the school age playground structure until the operator submits written confirmation from a certified, third-party playground inspector confirming the playground meets CSA standards.
The JK/SK license capacity is based on the primary use of 112, 113 with alternate space approved for the use of 117 and 114.
Room 113 and 114 is licensed for a group of 20 JK/SK age group children in each room until August 31, 2015 when the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect. Once the Child Care and Early Years Act and regulations come into effect, Room 113 and 114 is licensed for 26 JK/SK age group in each room.
All rooms as set out in the shared space confirmation are approved for use by the child care program, based on licensed capacity, provided that the room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group. The operator is required to keep on file at the premises an up-to-date shared space confirmation. This confirmation must include the primary use of the room during the school day and must be made available to Ministry of Education staff upon request.

Approval is granted for mixed age grouping pursuant to s.55(2).
As of August 31, 2015, Director’s Approval is granted for mixed age grouping pursuant to ss. 8(2) and (3) of Ontario Regulation 137/15.
As of August 31, 2015, director approval is granted for the use of specified rooms/areas that may have less than 2.58 square metres of unobstructed floor space for each child in a licensed kindergarten, primary/junior school age and/or junior school age group, based on the licensed capacity, provided that the same room or area is used by the school for children who are the same age as the age category of the licensed age group.
