| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
| The licensee shall submit an action plan to the Ministry by September 18, 2015 that demonstrates how full compliance will be achieved on items identified as “in progress” on the Summary of Child Care Centre Licensing Requirements and Recommendations report. |
| The licensee shall submit the formal letters of approval confirming the fire inspection and fire safety plan approval as per email confirmation of compliance provided to the Ministry on September 3rd, 2015. |
| The licensee shall submit a copy of the insurance certificate as per email confirmation of compliance provided by the insurance broker to the Ministry on September 4th, 2015. |
