| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator will ensure that all inspections have been conducted at least daily, monthly seasonally and annually and that the operator's record of monitoring is available to ministry staff for review at all times. |
| The operator shall submit confirmation annual water sampling and testing for lead has been carried out in accordance with the Safe Drinking Water Act, O.Reg. 243/7 between May 1 and October 31 |
