| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
| The licensee shall ensure that sampling procedures and testing for lead are conducted between May 1 and October 31, 2015, as required by the Safe Drinking Water Act regulation. A copy of the annual water testing report shall be sent to the Ministry once it is received by the licensee. |
| The licensee shall notify the Ministry before installing any new playground structures. In addition, the licensee must receive a third party certified playground safety inspector's written verification the surfacing and permanent play structure meet CSA standards if a new playground structure is installed.
