| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| In a group of 16 to 30 children, 6-12, two separate rooms or one clearly divided room can be used to divide into groups of (6-8 and 9 12) or (6-9 and 10-12). |
| Director's approval is granted for the use of the school yard provided the supervision plan on file with the ministry is followed. |
| Playground structures are not to be used by the children. |
| The JK/SK program shall run out of the annex with a capacity of 10 JK/SK children. |
