| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| Within 30 days of commencing operation the operator shall ensure that a set of drinking water samples are taken and tested and submit a Laboratory Services Notification (LSN) form to the MOE. The operator shall provide proof of submission to the Regional Office of the Ministry of Education. |
| A maximum of 10 children may be on the Infant playground, 16 children may be on the Toddler playground, 23 children on the Preschool 1 playground and 29 children on the Preschool 2 playground at any given time. |
| The infant capacity is based on the use of the Infant room (10 children). |

Director's Approval
| Director’s approval has been granted for mixed age grouping under s. 55(2) of O. Reg. 262. Mixed age grouping can be implemented in only one group in each age category. 20% of the licensed capacity per age group is as follows: Age Group 20%: Toddlers (15): 3 children and Preschool (24): 3 children. |
