| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. |
| The operator shall ensure that infants (0 to 18 months) that are included in the toddler group (18 to 30 months) as part of the mixed age grouping, are able to follow the toddler program and schedule. |
| The licensee shall notify the Ministry prior to implementing an alternate age group and submit documentation to show how staffing and program requirements will be met. |

The centre shall ensure back-up procedures are in place if a bag lunch/snack is forgotten. |
