At Mini-Skool we are dedicated to creating a place of Laughter, Love and Learning for children of ages 6 weeks to 12 years old. We serve families with a broad range of child care and educational programs for children, including infant and toddler daycare, preschool, half-day Nursery school, full day Kindergarten, as well as before and after school programs and our Summer Club full-day summer daycare.

| The licensee shall ensure that the Licensing Inspection Summary is posted in a conspicuous place in the child care centre at or near an entrance commonly used by parents. The licensee shall ensure that the completed Licensing Checklist and the Summary of Licensing Requirements and Recommendations sheets are readily available for parents. The licensee shall ensure that the total licensed capacity is not exceeded at any time. |
| The operator shall ensure that the detailed written plan for the supervision of children moving between the child care centre and the playground is followed. |
| The attendance tracking sheets are to be kept on site. The operator/designate is to document daily in the log book (daily written record) that the practice for using the tracking sheets has been followed. |
| The operator shall notify the ministry within one week of a staff member leaving the centre or a new staff member being hired by the centre. |
| The licensed infant capacity is based on the use of room 1 for 10 children and room 3 for 10 children. |

The daily record is to be kept on premise and available for review by Ministry. |
| The licensee shall submit written confirmation to the Ministry by May 27, 2016 that full compliance has been achieved for all items identified as “in progress” on the Summary of Child Care Centre Licensing Requirements and Recommendations report. |
| The licensee shall submit written confirmation to the Ministry by September 1, 2016 that the written plan for completion of valid certification in standard first aid including infant and child CPR has been completed by all staff and that full compliance has been achieved. |
